Wonderful Balloons – Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Options
Wonderful Balloons offers nationwide courier delivery for selected products, local delivery by our own team, event delivery and setup, and collection by prior arrangement.
2. Nationwide Courier Delivery (UK)
Selected products are available for UK-wide delivery via Royal Mail, DPD, or another suitable courier. Due to the fragile and perishable nature of balloons, we strongly recommend selecting delivery at least one day before the intended event or occasion. While we dispatch orders on time, we cannot guarantee nominated-day delivery, as courier performance is outside our control. Responsibility passes to the customer once the courier confirms delivery.
3. Local Delivery (Our Own Drivers)
Local deliveries are carried out by our own delivery team within selected areas. These deliveries are typically made on the day of the event, within a pre-arranged delivery window agreed at the time of booking or ordering. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary slightly due to traffic, access restrictions, or earlier deliveries.
4. Event Delivery & Venue Styling
For balloon décor, installations, and event styling, delivery and setup are carried out in person by our team at the agreed venue. Access times, venue permissions, and setup requirements must be arranged by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or venue-related issues.
5. Collection
Collection is available by prior arrangement from our workshop location: The Storage Team, Unit 3, Weekley Wood Avenue, Kettering, Northamptonshire, NN14 1UD. All visitors must report to reception on arrival. Orders must be collected at the agreed time and date. Orders not collected as agreed may incur additional charges and refunds are not available due to the perishable nature of the products.
6. Risk & Responsibility
Responsibility for products passes to the customer upon courier delivery confirmation, completion of local delivery or event setup, or collection. We are not responsible for damage, deflation, or deterioration caused by weather conditions, temperature changes, venue conditions, or handling after delivery or collection.
7. Delivery Issues
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays or failed delivery and additional charges may apply. We cannot accept responsibility for missed events where courier delivery was selected against our recommendation to deliver the day before.
