Wonderful Balloons – Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Personalised & Perishable Products
Due to the customised and perishable nature of balloons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalised or inflated products, except where faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clearphotographic evidence of the issue. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or a partial or full refund for the affected item. We cannot process refunds or replacements without photographic evidence supplied within the stated timeframe.
3. Deflation
Balloons are sensitive to temperature, handling, and environment. Partial deflation on arrival may occur. If part of your order arrives deflated, we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement for the affected balloon or a refund for the affected balloon only.
4. Cancellations
Orders for personalised products can only be cancelled within a short period after ordering and before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
5. Incorrect Details
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect personalisation details or delivery information supplied by the customer.
6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. If you believe an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
