Wonderful Balloons Delivery and Collection

When ordering please keep in mind that balloons inflated with helium have a limited lifespan and to ensure maximum enjoyment please specify a delivery/collection on the day of the celebration (or as close as possible).

COLLECTION

​

Collections can be made from our storage facility or mobile collection point by prior arrangement.  You can choose your collection time and date during the checkout process. 

​

Our mobile collection point is: Market Square, Market Hill, Rothwell, Kettering NN14 6BW.  Our vehicle will  be clearly marked and you will be provided with a mobile number on the day.

​

You can also choose to collect from our storage facility : Unit 3, Weekley Wood Ave, Ketering NN14 1UD (The Storage Team).  You will be met at reception by one of our staff.

Once your order is completed we will contact you.

LOCAL DELIBERY

​

Items eligible for local delivery will be delivered by a member of our own staff to a venue or address of your choice.  

​

Gift balloons will be supplied ready made.  Please ensure that there will be somebody available to receive the delivery on the date at the time you specify.  Please note that we are not able to guarantee the exact time of delivery and we recommend allowing a window of about 30 minutes either side of the delivery time.  Please allow at least 24 hours when placing your order.

INSTALLATION

​

Larger items including arches and balloon decorating packages will be prepared on site and we require access to the venue with sufficient time to complete your order which may be up to 3 hours depending on the package ordered.  For these items please place your order atleast 1 week prior to the date of the event.  Items such as columns, arches and hoops are made on our frames which we will recover after your event.

UK MAINLAND ONLY EXCLUDES IOM & CHANNEL ISLANDS

 

Some balloon  products can be shipped nationally by Royal Mail or Courier.  All such items will need to be shipped in specialised boxes, this option should be selected when ordering your item for national shipping.
